What data we collect

When you use our Service, we may collect:

  • The situation you submit for analysis
  • Your payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
  • Your email address if provided during payment
  • Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device information

How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Generate your verdict and full breakdown using AI
  • Process your payment via Stripe
  • Deliver the paid content you have purchased
  • Improve and operate the Service

Our lawful basis for processing is contract performance (to deliver the service you've requested) and legitimate interests (to operate and improve the Service).

How we store your data

Situations and verdicts are stored securely in our database (Supabase). Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers or full payment details.

We retain submitted situations and verdicts for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted.

Third parties

We share data with the following third parties as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Anthropic — AI verdict generation (your situation is sent to Anthropic's API)
  • Supabase — secure data storage
  • Netlify — website hosting

We do not sell your data to any third party.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aiincomeproject.team@gmail.com. As a company registered in Scotland, we are subject to Scots law and UK GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to operate the Service. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
