Who we are

amioverreacting.co.uk is operated by Zia & Zuko Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (Company Number: SC881108), Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP. By using this Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Am I Overreacting? is an AI-powered tool that provides verdicts on situations described by users. The free verdict and paid full breakdown are generated by an AI model and are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Verdicts do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to legal, medical, psychological, or relationship advice. You should not rely on our verdicts when making important decisions.

Payments

The full breakdown is available for a one-time payment of £2.49 (inclusive of any applicable taxes). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By making a payment you confirm you are aged 18 or over.

Your full breakdown is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. All sales are final — please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate use of this Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zia & Zuko Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content (excluding user-submitted situations) are owned by Zia & Zuko Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
